Lectures and Conference FacilitiesSpecial, half, or full day lectures and multi-day conferences are offered by the museum throughout the year. These events can be geared to teachers, pastors, or any groups who would like to learn more about the past. Most of these conferences will include notebooks and transcripts with helpful information. Unique features in our media hall are the relief maps and models which have been years in the making. Another great advantage to this hall is a wrap-around viewing area with three screens for LCD and DVD programs. Special subjects will include insights from recent archaeology that contribute to the studies of ancient history, biblical subjects, ancient geography and religious traditions that arose in the Middle East. The museum may serve as host for other events. The Explorations in Antiquity Center is not related to any particular denominational tradition, so our conferences should be both meaningful and sensitive to people from many different backgrounds.
